Danielle,
Thank you so much for educating me on these great resources. I am going to have an interactive whiteboard in my classroom next year and the puzzles would make such a great warm-up for my students and really get them motivated to learn. I have had about 4 years experience as a special educator and I know that my students' learning has been enhanced through the use of graphic organizers and diagrams. Adding the collaboration piece to this process I think would benefit them both socially and academically. Thank you again for the great ideas. I am very excited to implement them into my classroom this coming year.

I have found that Diigo allows you to do more fun things than delicious. Like highlight sections of text (which is ideal for collaborative learning). Basically another social bookmarking place to checkout.

The use of wiki in the classroom seems to be very innovative. How do you keep the safety of the children from becoming an issue? With the students constantly in touch with the internet at home, using it at school must bring a new edge of excitement to the classroom. They must be very eager each day to know that what they are learning others will see and learn from them. This must be a very motivating factor in making sure that their information that they publish will be accurate.

Hello! I came across your site and I LOVED the videos you posted. I am an English/Language Arts teacher currently studying Educational Technology at the graduate level and I think these videos are very inspirational... yet telling about the ways that education needs to adapt and improve to keep up with the times. I will keep checking back to your blog for more!

I am currently beginning my own blog, www.technologyintheenglishclassroom.blogspot.com. I'd love to hear any advice/suggestions/comments that you might have!
